Prosciutto-Wrapped Baked Brie with Cranberries

This prosciutto-wrapped baked brie is the kind of appetizer that looks impressive but takes almost no effort. Even better, there’s only three simple ingredients.

Salty prosciutto crisps up in the oven, sealing in a warm, melty wheel of brie, while a spoonful of cranberry adds just enough sweetness to balance everything out. It’s perfect for easy entertaining, whether you’re hosting friends, putting together a snack board, or just want something a little special without a lot of prep.

Serve it straight from the oven with crackers or sliced baguette and let everyone dig in while it’s gooey.
