Buffalo Dip Bombs (Vegetarian Air Fryer Appetizer)

These Buffalo Dip Bombs are everything we love about buffalo dip, but wrapped in flaky biscuits and cooked in the air fryer until golden and warm.

They’re salty, creamy, tangy, and perfect for game day or casual entertaining. Best part: they take about 10 minutes of hands-on time and use only a handful of ingredients.

While they weren’t purposefully intended to be vegetarian, the Buffalo Dip Bombs just happen to be so, and no one misses the meat. They’re also dangerously snackable. Serve them with ranch or blue cheese for dipping and watch them disappear.

Why You’ll Love Buffalo Dip Bombs

• air fryer = fast & crispy
• five ingredients
• game-day friendly

Kitchen & Pantry Essentials for This Dish

  • Air Fryer (5–6 qt) — Ninja Foodi or Instant Vortex; fits biscuits without crowding

  • Air Fryer Liners — Silicone air fryer liners are reusable, while parchment liners are plastic free. Both prevent sticking and are easier cleanup

  • Buffalo Sauce — Frank’s Original (classic) or Primal Kitchen (clean ingredients)

  • Block Cream Cheese — full-fat melts best; avoid whipped tubs

  • Jumbo Biscuit Dough — Grands! Flaky Layers seal easiest for filled bombs

  • Avocado Oil Spray — Avocado oil has a neutral flavor + high smoke point

  • Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing — Sir Kensington (clean) or Ken’s Steakhouse (classic)

  • Small Cookie Scoop (1 TBS) — helps portion the filling evenly

  • Cooling Rack — keeps bottoms crisp after air frying

  • Small Dip Bowl — optional but cute for board or party setups
