Method
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Flatten each biscuit and place about 1 tablespoon of the buffalo mixture in the center.
- Roll the dough around the filling to seal.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until golden.
- Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overfill or the filling leaks. You can add shredded or diced chicken as well.
