Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, For more heat, adjust to taste.
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced
- 2 large green onions (green parts only), sliced
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice and place on a serving platter.
- Just before serving, garnish with sliced green onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
