Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice and place on a serving platter.
- Just before serving, garnish with sliced green onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can make the tuna mixture up to 2 days in advance and store it covered in the fridge. Assemble just before serving for best results.
- Mix in extra sriracha for more heat or add more mayo to mellow it out.
