Ingredients

  • 4 large Idaho potatoes each cut into 8 narrow wedges
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil divided
  • Sea salt to taste
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F using the “Air Crisp” or “Air Fry” setting. Set the timer for 20 minutes and allow it to preheat fully.
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, pat the potato wedges dry with a towel. Toss them with 1 tablespoon of truffle oil and a generous pinch of sea salt.
  3. When prompted, add the seasoned wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  4. After 10 minutes, open the air fryer and carefully flip the wedges for even browning. Continue cooking for the remaining 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of truffle oil, and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Tip: For best texture, pat the potato wedges completely dry before air frying.
  • Swap: You can substitute sweet potatoes for a twist on flavor (adjust cook time as needed).
  • Serving Suggestion: These wedges pair well with aioli or garlic dipping sauce.
