Method
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool completely.
- In a large serving bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced zucchini, diced cucumber, and peppers & onions.
- Toss everything together until well coated with dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving (or up to overnight for best flavor).
