Air Fryer Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

These crispy rosemary garlic potatoes are air fried to perfection with just a few ingredients. An easy, go-to side dish made in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs small waxy potatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shaved Parmesan and rosemary for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
    Toss potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.
    Air fry for 18–20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
    Serve hot with Parmesan and rosemary, if desired.

Notes

This recipe was tested using the Ninja AG301 Foodi 5-in-1 Indoor Grill / Air Fryer.
To use that model:
  • Select “Air Crisp” at 400°F and preheat
  • Add potatoes when prompted to “Add Food”
  • Cook for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through
All air fryers vary slightly, so use visual cues and a quick fork test to make sure your potatoes are done.
