- Let chicken rest at room temp for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and season with rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in basket skin-side up. Air fry 12 minutes.
- Flip chicken, add lemon wedges, and cook another 10–13 minutes until 170–175°F internal temp.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before serving with warm lemon wedges.
Notes
Add lemon wedges midway through cooking. Otherwise, they'll become too well done and charred.
